Spare Parts & Accessories:
The 'Usual Supply Times' we indicate are our best estimate of how long it usually takes to receive items from this particular supplier INTO OUR WAREHOUSE if they have stock available. In practice these times are variable, and these estimates should be considered as averages. These times DO NOT include shipping time from our warehouse to you.
If you order something and it goes onto backorder (meaning the supplier does not have any stock of their own), you will be given the chance to cancel and refund your order, or simply wait for the supplier to provide it.
Equipment:
We are an equipment clearing house, meaning any equipment we list is in stock, stored in crates in our warehouse. If your equipment must be assembled prior to handing it over (depends on the brand), then it may take a day or two to uncrate and assemble your order. You will be notified via email once your equipment has been assembled & tested.
Spare Parts & Accessories:
While we keep a limited range of faster moving spare parts & accessories in stock, the vast majority of them are ordered in as requested, to keep our pricing low. We keep our prices even lower by grouping customer orders into single large weekly purchases from our suppliers - this saves on freight and supplier order processing fees.
Equipment:
This item is in our warehouse, in a crate or box. Depending on how many orders we are currently processing, it may take a day or two to uncrate & assemble your equipment. You will be notified that your order is ready to collect (or is scheduled for delivery) via email, as soon as it has been assembled.
The pricing we show by default is inclusive of payment processing fees & waste packaging disposal, collected from our warehouse.

If you are buying equipment that requires assembly, we will dispose of your packaging materials for you by default. If you are able to take crates away with you though, we are happy to pass the savings on to you by way of an extra discount. Note: Steel & Timber crates can be bulky - make sure you have space for them on your vehicle / trailer when collecting your order.
Everything your order can be collected FREE OF CHARGE by choosing to collect it from our warehouse. If you prefer delivery, we have partnered with Sendle (usually cheaper) & Aramex (usually faster) to deliver all orders up to 25kg Australia wide - any associated freight charges will be calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address. At this stage, any order over 25kg must be collected from our warehouse - it is almost always equipment that needs to be assembled prior to handover.
The prices we show are based on payment via Credit Card / PayPal when completing your order.
If you prefer the safety & security of Paypal that is great, but if you want our absolute best price, choose to pay by Bank Transfer - and we will pass any savings on payment processing to you with a further discount.
