The Discount Shed has partnered with Sendle & Aramex for Shipping & Returns
For all deliveries of goods up to 25kg, we have partnered with both Sendle & Aramex to make sure we provide you with options for both the best value, and some fast shipping - including easy, convenient cost free returns if required! The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout, and you can choose who we send your order with, or if you'd prefer to pick it up from the warehouse door (FREE!). We do not offer free shipping - because there is no such thing. Businesses offering "free" shipping are simply building it into their prices.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been booked for collection by a courier, you will receive an email containing a link to a website for tracking your order. You will receive further email updates along the way. If at any time you need to send a query about your order, please simply reply to one of the emails.
Ho do I return items?
Please note that per our terms and conditions of trade, we do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind.
Our business model is order in - we only order from our suppliers once you have placed your order with us.
We will offer returns or refunds in the following circumstances:
- Products are dead / non operational on arrival
- Products are physically damaged on arrival (excluding packaging).
- You have received an incorrect item
To return items you have purchased, please click the link in the "Order Actions" box on the bottom of your finalised Tax Invoice, and click the 'Return' button next to the item or items you wish to return. If we approve your return, you will be sent a Return Shipping Label for your purchase. You may be required to drop your goods off at one of Sendle's many parcel drop off locations - to find your nearest one see here: Send Drop Off Locations
